| Conditions of Advertisement Purchase |

The prices will be in American Dollar (USD). Divergences on the conditions are valid only if the parts have signed a special agreement that regulates it. These conditions are valid only for the advertisement purchase and the payment for that.

| Application |

These rules are apliable when the Swedish law or other law don’t regulate otherwise. The Consumer Purchases Act is a pliable to for private costumers while “Distansavtalslagen” also protects the dealer. More information’s on www.kov.se.

| Ordering |
| |
| Ordering by people under 18 years old must have the responsible agreement. Ordering in another person’s name without the person’s agreement or other way that can put O&Mcom in economical trouble or other trouble that damage O&Mcom, will be police reported. O&Mcom takes no responsibility for incorrect information on all its services. |

| Delivery of the Advertisement |

| Advertisements will be put on the net between one and three working days if all the information’s are correct. The content of the advertisement must follow the rules described in “Terms & Conditions for employers”. |

| Payment |
| |
| Payment for advertisement can be done by invoice or card payment through the internet. We use the PayPal Payment system; (www.paypal.com), which give possibility to pay with Visa, MasterCard and American Express. No additional cost will be charge using the card payment. |

| In case of late payment, O&Mcom will charge extra 2% monthly as interest on overdue payment. |
| |
| Cancelation |
| |
| If the costumer wants to cancel the advertisement, the costumer must let O&Mcom know immediately and lately in 24 hours after the order by e-mail. All the expenses that O&Mcom have had until that moment will be charged. O&Mcom has the right to cancel the advertisement in case it does not follow the rules described in “Terms & Conditions for employers”. |

| Responsability |

| O&Mcom has no direct or indirect responsibility on the contents and the response (or no response) to the advertisement and other results advertisement can produce. |

| Give the advertisement identification, payment identification and the reason to reclamation. The Reclamation has to be done as soon as possible and when the customer knows it is a reclamation, so it gives O&Mcom possibility to correct immediately. |
